Asbestos Removal Management Plan
The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Act requires the school to notify the faculty, staff, and parents of the presence and status of asbestos containing materials in our school buildings. The law further requires a management plan based upon the finding of the initial inspection.
We have conducted the required (6) month surveillance during the month of June and will complete the next surveillance in December. The results of the recently completed surveillance indicated that there have been no changes in the condition of the asbestos containing materials in our school buildings.
A copy of the inspection report and the Asbestos Management Plan is on file in the office
Notification of surveillance cameras on campus
There are several video cameras placed in some of our outside public areas on campus.
1) The footage on these cameras is only kept for 10 days before being erased, unless a specific camera shot is saved due to a safety or disciplinary issue.
2) These cameras exist to help safeguard our students and staff, and to help protect our campus during non-school hours.
3) The footage is not directed at classrooms or private areas of the school (bathrooms, etc.).
